The Club is delighted to announce that former skipper Sonny Huntley has resigned for the club.
Manager Leon Turner spoke following confirmation and said "Im delighted to welcome Sonny back to the 1st team squad. He instantly improves the depth of our squad and with our struggles through injury and suspension at centre back it not only solves a short term problem but strengthens the squad for the remainder of the season. Sonny is a fantastic ball playing defender who can play anywhere in midfield also. He is the perfect age with a wealth of experience both at the club and within the league and is a natural leader. Most importantly he is somene I trust implicitly and someone who has a belief and trust in me which is so important to our project. He trained with us this week and it didnt look as though he had been away. Sonny's personality fits perfectly for our group and he is a huge part of the club we have built."
